Fear is your only enemy. President Roosevelt said “the only thing we have to fear is fear itself“. Take this to heart and realize the remedy to fear is mental control and knowledge. When I say knowledge I’m talking about knowledge through experience not books. When your learn and know something through your accomplishments, you know and know that you know it’s true. Once your possess this knowledge you’ve mastered fear. Mental control is a simple matter of practicing concentration and meditation.
